​The manufacturing process is done in a controlled environment in our purpose built factory in Northern New South Wales.

We deliver our products throughout Australia.

Australian Concrete Mats ensure a consistent quality of concrete.

The concrete shapes are extruded in a method that ensures a uniform and consistent shape.

The geogrid material is evenly embedded into the concrete shapes.

Because of our efficient manufacturing processes, ACM can extrude and manufacture the mats in lengths of 6/8/10/12 and 15m lengths..

UNSW WATER LAB TESTING

Download the report from the UNSW Water Research Laboratory for Hydraulic Performance testing of a Concrete Mattress from Australian Concrete Mat.

“The concrete mattress provided “macro-roughness” to the channel. Flows over the concrete mattress resulted in bubbly, aerated flow with a significant increase in flow depth (approximately 1.5 times)and a substantial decrease in depth average flow velocity (between 30 – 60%) when compared to flow over artificial turf. (unlined channel)”
