The manufacturing process is done in a controlled environment in our purpose built factory in Alstonville, Northern New South Wales.
We deliver our products throughout Australia.
Australian Concrete Mats ensure a consistent quality of concrete.
The concrete shapes are extruded in a method that ensures a uniform and consistent shape.
The geogrid material is evenly embedded into the concrete shapes.
Because of our efficient manufacturing processes, ACM can extrude and manufacture the mats to any length specified.

UNSW WATER LAB TESTING
Download the report from the UNSW Water Research Laboratory for Hydraulic Performance testing of a Concrete Mattress from Australian Concrete Mat.
“The concrete mattress provided “macro-roughness” to the channel. Flows over the concrete mattress resulted in bubbly, aerated flow with a significant increase in flow depth (approximately 1.5 times)and a substantial decrease in depth average flow velocity (between 30 – 60%) when compared to flow over artificial turf. (unlined channel)”
