Returns & Cancelled Order Policy

It is the sole discretion of Australian Concrete Mats Pty Ltd (ACM) to accept returns on stock. Should the returned product not be of first quality as originally purchased, then the refund/credit amount will be in line with seconds pricing.

We consider the below key points when processing order cancellations or returns :

• Purchase must be from ACM at our Dungarubba facility.
• All return orders incur a 40% restocking fee.
• All cancelled orders once placed, incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns/claims must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Seconds or clearance stock will not be eligible for return/refund
